Pioneer Valley Hospice & Palliative Care offers compassionate adult palliative care consultations with our certified nurse practitioner.

Palliative care optimizes quality of life through expertise in pain and symptom management and guidance in medical decision-making for people living with serious illness.

Our care team features a palliative care clinician certified in hospice and palliative care by the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association. Adult palliative care consultations may be provided during a single visit or on an ongoing basis.
